General provisions

Hereby are established the conditions of sale of products on the platform https://bazarulonline.ro owned by SC ZEBE MARKET SRL. The use of this site, respectively the registration of an order, implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions. In order to use the site in the best conditions, we recommend reading carefully all the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice. Browsing this site means that you agree, without any notice, that we may delete/add any information or discontinue any activity on the site.

Products:

The products marketed through https://bazarulonline.ro are new products. They will be delivered within the limit of available stock in a maximum of 3 days, and for this reason we reserve the right not to deliver orders if the products you want are no longer in the offer presented on the site, you will receive your money back. In case a product is no longer in stock, but the seller can deliver it after the deadline, you will be contacted by the seller to discuss the possibility of delivery after 3 days. If you do not agree, the full amount of the order will be returned to you by the seller within 14 days.

The pictures published on the website are for example only, and the products delivered may differ from the pictures shown (there may be slight differences in colour, appearance, measurements, etc.).

We also do not offer any guarantee, other than those provided by the legislation in force, regarding the information, the accuracy of the descriptions and the updating of the content. In the measurements of the items presented and displayed on the site, errors of 2-3 cm may occur. All responsibility for the products, their description, guarantees, functionality, measurements, etc. rests with the sellers of the respective products.

Product prices do not include VAT and do not include delivery charges.

Litigation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will first be attempted within 30 days of the complaint being registered. Complaints can be made by contacting our Call Center or by email at contact@bazarulonline.ro. Within 5 days you will receive a reply with our solution.

The platform https://bazarulonline.ro mediates any conflict between sellers and buyers, responds to the Call Center, trying to end amicably any disagreement between the two parties.

Images, content, descriptions and names are the personal property of https://bazarulonline.ro or our suppliers. Reproduction, sale, downloading, modification or commercial use is strictly prohibited. The name of the site and the graphic symbols are the property of SC ZEBE MARKET SRL and may not be used, taken over or modified without the written consent of the owner.

Delivery:

Orders are delivered by courier, and the cost of delivery starts from 19 lei and varies depending on the seller (please read the seller's terms and conditions)

In Romania delivery is made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 at the customer's home or according to the courier's working hours.

After placing the order you will receive an sms for confirmation and another sms when the parcel will be delivered to the courier. You can follow any order status by choosing push notifications or sms alerts.

Orders are not confirmed by phone, they will be processed within 3 days of placement and will be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch (except for unforeseen situations).

Please check your contact details before placing your order. Incorrectly entered delivery address or phone number may delay delivery of your order or result in loss of your order.

The minimum order is 500 lei, but may differ depending on the conditions of each seller.

ATTENTION! If problems occur during the order process, on an order not received or cancelled by the buyer, we reserve the right to suspend delivery of subsequent orders. If you do not pick up the parcel in a situation, we will not make any further deliveries to you with a refund, payment for subsequent orders can only be made in advance: online with a bank card or by bank transfer.

Methods of payment:

The ways you can pay for our products are:

Reimbursement - payment to the courier upon collection of the parcel in case you have no incidents regarding collection, cancellation or pick-up of orders.

Online by bank card - accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard;

Bank transfer - by money order to our account RO07BTRLRONCRT0341925501 opened at Banca Transilvania, Bucharest.

Return of products:

PFAs and legal entities do not benefit from the right of return within 14 days. Neither does the ANPC intervene in a contract between a legal entity and a shop, in this case it is considered as in any other contract concluded between two companies and the issues are resolved in court on commercial law matters.

Our suppliers make every effort to present you as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown in the pictures. However, the colour shade of the product you are viewing has a lot to do with the technical specifications of the monitor on which it is displayed. Therefore, the colour of the product may differ within minimum limits from the colour displayed on the website, which is not the fault of our company.

The description of the sizes in a package is indicative. We do not assume minor differences between description and reality. However, we try to do our best to write the exact sizes in the package.

The consumer has the right to return the product without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. The only costs incurred by the customer are the shipping costs for the return of the goods. O.U.G. 34/2014.

If you wish to make a return, this must be announced by telephone and the returned product must reach the seller within a maximum of 14 days. You must also mention your request for a replacement or a refund. Please note that products will be replaced within the limits of available stock. Returned products will only be accepted if they have an intact label and the products do not show signs of having been worn (smell, traces of make-up, stains, etc.). 

The value of the replaced products will be equal to or greater than the value of the returned products. It is not allowed to choose another product with a lower value for the returned products and refund the difference, in which case you choose to replace it with a product of the same value or refund the full amount.

If the products sent for exchange do not suit you, they cannot be exchanged. In this case, the value of the products will be transferred to your bank account.

Prizes in the form of vouchers or products won as a result of competitions organised by https://bazarulonline.ro are not refundable.

For the return of money, they will be refunded within 7 days according to the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on the legal regime of distance contracts, by bank transfer to the customer's account.

We will refund the full amount of the product without delivery costs. The benefits obtained following the order will be automatically cancelled if, following the return, the conditions for granting them are no longer met.

Product warranty:

For the preservation of the warranty it is very important to follow the instructions for use, care and cleaning of your product, which can be found on the product label or in the user manuals and warranty certificates. These instructions are specific to your product and it is mandatory to consult them.

Also taking into account the consumer rights provided by Law no. 449/2003, the sellers on the platform offer a legal guarantee of conformity for the products sold.

The responsibility for respecting consumer rights belongs to the seller from whom you purchase a product and the https://bazarulonline.ro platform cannot be held responsible in the name of and for him. The platform is only an intermediary and a facilitator of the meeting of supply and demand, trying to add quality to the transactions carried out through it, setting certain common quality standards for sellers, such as delivery times, money back, customer relations, etc.
